Who we are

We are a small team: astrologers who have read charts for clients for years, and editors who have spent their careers making specialist subjects readable. Some of us came to astrology through the psychological tradition, some through the traditional and horary side, one through numerology; the arguments between those views are part of how we check each other, and they are why a page rarely goes out the way the first draft came in. We write under a team name because every page here is the work of more than one person, and because we want the method, not a personality, to carry the trust.

What we know

• Natal astrology. Reading a birth chart as a whole: chart ruler, dispositor chains, aspect patterns, the lunar nodes, house rulerships. This is the basis of the app's full birth chart report and of the learn hub.
• Synastry and relationship astrology. Comparing two charts: planetary contacts, house overlays, composite charts, and the difference between attraction and durability. See the synastry guide and the compatibility pages.
• Electional astrology and timing. Choosing dates and understanding transits: Saturn returns, Mercury retrograde, the Void-of-Course Moon, eclipses. This is the discipline behind the AI Advisor and the guidance hub.
• Numerology. Life Path, personal year and the number systems behind Personal Codes and the numerology section.

We also maintain the interpretive framework the app's AI uses to write readings: the rules that say what a placement means, which aspects carry the most weight, and what the model must never say.

How we work

Every page begins with an astrologer's brief. A first draft is produced with AI assistance from that brief and our methodology; we say this plainly because pretending otherwise would be the first dishonest thing on the site. A human astrologer then reviews every line: dates are checked against an ephemeris, interpretations against chart logic, and tone against our rule of no fatalism, no fear and no gendered assumptions about who loves whom. An editor makes the final pass. Transit and calendar pages are re-checked before each period they cover; evergreen guides are reviewed at least once a year, and the Updated date on each page is real. What we will not write

We do not give medical, legal or financial advice, and we cut sentences that drift that way. We do not predict death, illness or specific events. We do not invent statistics, testimonials, ratings or download numbers, and we cite public research (for example Pew Research Center's findings on astrology in the US) only as public facts. We do not accept payment or affiliate commissions for comparisons, and we say on every comparison page that AstraLink is our app. We do not assume our reader is straight, cisgender or partnered.

Everything on this site under an AstraLink byline: horoscopes and sign guides, the birth chart and learning pages, compatibility and dating guides, the cosmic calendar and transit pages, meanings, tarot and numerology, the glossary, news, blog explainers, the video transcripts and the app comparison pages. Practitioner profiles under advisors are written with and about individual astrologers and follow a separate vetting process.

Contact and corrections

If a date is wrong, a placement is misread, or a sentence lands badly, tell us through the contact page. Factual corrections are made promptly and noted on the page; disagreements about interpretation get a considered reply, and sometimes a rewrite. Press and partnership requests use the same address, and we answer them ourselves.
