Astrologers on AstraLink: How Consultations Work (Natal, Synastry, Timing)

What an astrologer consultation on AstraLink is

AstraLink is an AI astrology app first, and the AI reading is where most people start. But some questions need a human who can hold your context, ask a follow-up and say "that is not what your chart says, but here is what it does say". For those, Premium includes two consultations a year with a vetted astrologer, booked inside the app. The astrologer sees your chart and your AI birth chart report before the session, so the time goes to your questions, not to explaining what a rising sign is.

How AstraLink vets astrologers

We publish this as policy so you can hold us to it. To be listed as an advisor on AstraLink, an astrologer must meet all of the following.

1. Credentials or track record. A certification from a recognised professional body or school (for example ISAR, NCGR, OPA or a Kepler College diploma), or at least five years of documented professional practice with clients. Self-taught astrologers with a long practice are welcome; hobbyists are not, yet.
2. Sample readings reviewed. Every applicant submits two anonymised readings (one natal, one synastry or timing) for review by our editorial team of astrologers. We check calculation accuracy, whether interpretations are grounded in the chart, tone, and how the astrologer handles uncertainty and hard placements.
3. A live interview. A member of the editorial team walks through a test chart with the applicant. We are listening for method, humility and the ability to say "I do not know".
4. Code of conduct, signed. No medical, legal or financial advice; no predictions of death or illness; no readings of third parties without consent; no fear-based language; no upselling of extra services inside a session; confidentiality by default. An advisor who breaks the code is removed.
5. Inclusive practice. Advisors work with clients of every gender, orientation and relationship structure, and use the client's own language for their life. Synastry is read for any two people.
6. Ongoing review. Post-session feedback is read by our team. Repeated concerns trigger a review; a pattern ends the listing.

The three consultations you can book

• Natal reading. Your whole chart: chart ruler, strongest aspects, nodes, houses, life cycle. The right first reading for almost everyone.
• Synastry reading. Two charts compared for a relationship: Venus, Mars and Moon contacts, Saturn aspects, house overlays. Read our synastry guide to understand the vocabulary first.
• Timing reading. What the next six to eighteen months are asking of you: Saturn and Jupiter transits, eclipses on your angles, the progressed Moon. Pairs well with the AI Advisor, which handles the day-to-day "is Tuesday good for this?" questions between sessions.

Formats and languages

Video call, 45 to 60 minutes, with a written summary afterwards. Written reading, delivered in your account within a few days, for people who prefer to read and re-read. Consultations are available in English and Spanish; each advisor profile lists their languages. All sessions are private and are never used to train models.

Who our astrologers are

We do not list advisors until the app opens, and we will never pad the list to look bigger than it is. What we can say now is who we are recruiting: working astrologers with a client practice, comfortable with both the psychological and the predictive sides of the craft, fluent in the vocabulary our AI reading uses (chart ruler, dispositor centre, nodes, house overlays) so that the human session builds on the report rather than contradicting it. Several are bilingual. All of them agreed to the vetting steps above before we agreed to list them.

Talk to an astrologer online vs in person

An online astrologer with your exact chart in front of them is not a lesser experience than an office visit; the chart is the same, and the conversation is often more honest from your own sofa. What matters is preparation and the astrologer's method, which is why every advisor's profile lists both. The one thing an in-person reading offers that a video call does not is a printed chart you can take home; ours lives in the app and in your written summary instead.

What advisors will not do

They will not diagnose, prescribe or tell you whether to stop a medication. They will not give legal opinions on a contract or tell you whether to sue. They will not recommend an investment or predict a market. They will not tell you when someone will die. They will not read your partner, your ex or your boss without that person's consent, and they will not use fear to keep you booking. If you ask, they will redirect you kindly, and if you need a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser, they will say so.

How to book

Consultations are booked inside the AstraLink app by Premium members: choose the type of reading, pick an advisor and a slot, and add your questions.
