Is there an AstraLink app for iPhone or Android?
Yes, AstraLink is built for both iOS and Android, and it is currently in early access rather than listed in the app stores. We invite the waitlist in waves; when your wave opens you receive one email with an invitation and a link to install the app. Joining early access is free and needs only an email and a birth date.
Is the AstraLink app free?
Joining early access is free, and early members get their full birth chart and cosmic archetype at no cost when they are invited. Some features (unlimited compatibility, Cosmic Dating, who liked you, detailed transits and astrologer consultations) belong to a Premium plan. We do not publish pricing before launch; early-access members see it first and keep founding-member pricing.
How is AstraLink different from Co-Star or The Pattern?
Co-Star and The Pattern are strong at personality description and social features. AstraLink starts there (full chart, archetype, AI reading) and adds the parts they do not do: an AI Advisor that takes a topic and a date and returns timing advice, Personal Codes, a live transit simulator, a 55-lesson Academy, chart-based dating and human astrologer consultations on Premium.
Do I need my exact birth time?
You can start with just your birth date, which gives your Sun sign, an approximate Moon sign and a usable reading. Your exact time and place unlock the rising sign, houses, house rulers and chart sect, which are the most personal parts of the reading and the basis of the best compatibility and timing advice. A birth certificate or a parent usually has it.
Is AstraLink a real AI astrologer?
The calculation is classical: an ephemeris places the planets, the chart is cast in the tropical zodiac with Placidus houses, and transits are measured as exact angles. A language model then writes the interpretation from those positions for the question you asked. It never invents a placement, and it does not give medical, legal or financial advice.
Can I use the app without the dating feature?
Yes. Cosmic Dating is an optional module you switch on when you want it. The chart, reading, horoscopes, AI Advisor, Personal Codes, Cosmic Simulator, moon calendar and Academy all work without a dating profile, and compatibility works with anyone whose birth data you enter, whether or not they use the app.
Does AstraLink work for LGBTQ+ users and any kind of relationship?
Yes. Synastry compares two charts and does not care about gender or orientation, and neither do we. In Cosmic Dating you choose who you want to meet; compatibility readings work for partners, friends, co-founders and family; and everything on this site and in the app is written inclusively.
