1. Who these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and AstraLink ("we", "us"), the operator of this website. They apply to every page, calculator and form on the site, in English and Spanish. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or join the waitlist.

2. What the site is for

The site publishes astrology, numerology and related content for reflection, learning and entertainment, offers free browser-based tools, and lets you join the early-access waitlist for the AstraLink app. Our editorial policy explains how content is produced and reviewed.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and nothing is a prediction of specific events. Astrology is a symbolic language, not a science. Horoscopes, readings, compatibility scores, timing suggestions, lucky numbers and Personal Codes are interpretations for reflection. Do not make decisions about your health, safety, money, legal position or relationships on the basis of this site alone; consult a qualified professional for those. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or, in the US, call or text 988.

4. Early-access waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee when you will receive an invitation, or that you will receive one at all; invitations are sent in waves at our discretion, and the app may launch later than we hope or change before it does.
• Features, plans and benefits described on this site, including the free full chart for early-access members and founding-member pricing, describe our current intentions and may change before launch. They are not offers capable of acceptance until the app is available and you accept its terms.
• You may leave the waitlist at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us, and we will delete your record as described in the privacy policy.
• You must provide your own, accurate email address and birth date. Signing up others without their knowledge is not permitted.

5. Free tools

The calculators on this site run in your browser and give simplified, approximate results from the data you enter; the Moon and rising sign in particular are estimates when no exact birth time is used. They are provided as they are, for interest, and we may change or remove them at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, code, tool logic, names and logos on this site belong to AstraLink or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, link to and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell or build a competing product from the content, tools or data without our written permission. Third-party app and company names on comparison pages belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data; submit false, abusive or automated form entries; interfere with the site's operation; use automated tools to harvest content or data beyond what a normal search engine does; or impersonate another person. We may block access to anyone who breaches these terms.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to other websites, including the products we compare. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement, and we receive no payment or commission for any link.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site, its content and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability. While we check astronomical dates and review content as described in our editorial policy, we do not warrant that any interpretation, forecast, score or calculation is correct or suitable for your situation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstraLink and its people will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site, its content or its tools, even if we were advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AstraLink against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States; the specific state whose law applies and whose courts have jurisdiction will be confirmed before the app launches and stated here, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us first and try to resolve it informally within thirty days.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be flagged on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
